The service
Apace lets two or more people read a book together in sync. These terms govern your use of the Apace app and of apace.ink. TODO: legal entity name and jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. TODO: age minimum, acceptable-use summary, account-termination terms.
Your content
Books you upload remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use the books you upload — only add books you own or that are in the public domain. TODO: copyright/DMCA contact and takedown process.
Subscriptions
Apace offers a free tier and a paid subscription. TODO: pricing, billing-through-Apple terms, cancellation and refunds — after IAP ships (Phase 4).
Warranty & liability
