Common questions
My sign-in code never arrived
Sign-in codes are sent from Apace <[email protected]> — check your spam or promotions folder first. Codes expire quickly, so if a few minutes have passed, go back to the sign-in screen and request a fresh one rather than using an old code.
How do I read with a friend?
Add them as a friend in the app first. Then, from inside a reading session, invite them — the invite shows up in their notification bell and they can join from there. Apace doesn't use join codes or shareable links; every session invite goes to a specific friend, in-app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You tab → Account → Delete account. Full details, including what's deleted and what's retained, are on the account deletion page.
How do I report a problem with content or a user?
Email [email protected] with what happened — who or what was involved, and when — and we'll follow up. If you're a copyright owner reporting infringing content, use our Copyright & DMCA process instead.
